Shoes: Converse All Stars Grapish/Vilotish color. Wrapped shoelaces around my foot, because I got my shoelaces from my high tops.

Who I went with: Andy, Mike, Mo, and Johnny.
Who I ended up hanging around with for the day: Andy, Marissa, Mike, Tim [I think his name was Tim], and Mohammad. [Johnny disappeared from us. Mohammad met us on the train. Marissa and Tim met us there]

Wow. Where do I begin? Well, went to bed at 4:30am, at least I literally turned around the clock so I couldn’t see it. This is the night [actually, day] of Warped Tour. Then we had to wake up at 6:20am to be in time for the train, and eat some Denny’s. That’s 2 hours sleep =/ When I woke up I heard Roller Coaster Of Love from Andys bedroom. I laughed. They were talking around 3 that morning about what song they wanted to wake up to from Andy’s Ipod. And they chose that one, of course then I get it stuck in my head and have a weird craving fer Final Destination 3. :] We sat outside in our back yard and put tattoos on ourselves. Tijuana Flats tattoos. The best ones. They put a tattoo on Andys forehead while he was sleeping. They were saying about how they [Johnny and Mike] could have out whip cream or shaving cream on his hand and they could have made it so he rubbed it on his face, cause he kept rubbing his forehead during the process of putting on the tattoo on his forehead. It was so funny. They wanted him not to look in the mirror and then go to Warped Tour like that. That would have been hilarious. But he rubbed it off as soon as he saw it. Which I imagined would have been very hard since the Tijauna tattoos really stay on you. I put this really cool one of a dinosaur and words that spelt out Tijuana Flats on me, and it came off during Norma Jean. But I had already had a bad sunburn before it wiped off so I had the outline of the tattoo permanently on my hand until the sunburn went away.

I was already awake before they woke up. I was already dressed in my ripped up cut offs, low tops, and my Djinn shirt. I wanted to wear my Misfits shirt really bad. But I knew I shouldn’t cause it will most definitely be ruined my the end of the day. I was actually glad I didn’t, because I saw a lot of Misfits shirts, and they started annoying me. Andy and I were on a big hill overlooking the Hurley stage, and I was bored [Red Jumpsuit were playing at the time, they won that energizer contest, so they played 10 minutes longer. I wanted to get up and go get a picture of them fer Loretta.] So, anyways, I started counting all of the Misfit shirts that I saw. It was sick dude. lol. I really couldn’t stand it after a while. Anyways, I sat there listening to Red Jumpsuit going through all of my stuff seeing if any of it has survived. I remember Mike and Marissa going off and watching some band, I think it was Pennywise. Someone like that. Mohammad went and got a hot dog, which I only ate about 2 bites from. But I was satisfied. While me and Andy were sitting on the hill, Andy was sitting on a very steep cliff thing. It was more of a concrete seat, but it was above 70 feet. I sat, and then I saw where he was sitting. He had both legs out over the cliff thing. If someone had scared him he would have fell. I was scared. He told me to back off, so I did. I’m too scared of dying. I wont do anything that involves something I could fall into, or under. Scary. Spooky. Weird. lol. Well, we took pictures of us overlooking the Hurley stage, our back turned to the camera. The pictures came out really cool. Anways, we decided to leave. I was nervous as hell. I had my back pack that I had like 10 extra batteries for my camera. I was very nervous. And for some reason scared. It was a little under 6 months the last time that I was in a tight crowd. For Tool and My Chem we were in seats. I hated seats. You don’t get the full experience of a concert. Haha. Anyways, we started to  leave. I made sure I had everything. I should have brought a bigger bag, more like a backpack, cause we got a lot of free stuff. [NOTE TO SELF: Next Warped Tour, bring a waterproof and bigger backpack thing.]

Anyways, my mom gave us a ride to the train station, and then we went into Denny's. [It was Mike, Andy, Johnny, and I] It took so long for the waitress to come to our table, and there was like no one in Denny’s. We thought because Mike was black [lol. actually he thought that]. They went outside, and Johnny went to the nearest gas station to get some stuff. Then they all came back and we ordered, I just ordered French Toast and ate about half of it, and left. We were afraid we would be too late for the train. So then we all paid for out tickets. I had paid the most for the train ticker. Andy helped me with mine because it was my first time and I had never been on a train. He didn’t put the student discount, so I paid 4 instead of 2. lol. Yeah that’s a BIG amount of money to lose. Haha. Then we went around the gates where the road is and crossed the track. You could only enter from one side.

Then we got on the train, and had fun. We saw these scene kids that had there hair straightened, and new converse. We were like “WHAT?” I mean, I was excited for Warped Tour, but to do all that? Wow. What scene kids. They had all there belts and hair. Made us laugh hard. Hahaha. Then we had to walk past them, they gave me dirty looks. But one of the kids was really cute. And had a pretty smile :] We were on opposite sides of the train. I became immune to it by the end of the day. We were conquistadors! Mike was our leader, of course. We made paper hats out of newspaper. Then Mohammad got onto the train and came with us. When we got off the train, and went towards the metro, we sort of screamed to each other: "Spanish Conquistadors, we have to blend with the Americans" So, we ripped off our hats and put them in the garbage. So funny. Lol.

At Warped Tour

When we arrived, they separated the girls and boys. There were so many people handing out Trojans. lol. I got one just for fun. [lol] We got there and looked at the thing with the times of the people playing. So, we didnt watch anyone that was playing in the morning. The first band we watched, was this supporting band around 1:00. What we did was walk around and get a shitload of free stuff, which is the best. Who doesn’t like free stuff? I got a Bad Religion, Linkin Park, The Used, Love Arcade, and a bunch of other bands stickers.

Anyways, Chiodos was amazing, so was Norma Jean. And Paramore. Norma Jean, Paramore, and Coheed and Cambria, i all have videos of.

Warped Tour was my first crowd surf. I did it during the last few songs of Coheed and Cambria. It was weird at first, but I got used to it. I was going to do it for a second time, but I had to run through two stages, which really stunk. But it was so fun. I met Big D and the Kids Table, had about a 20 minute conversation with the drum, guitar, and lead singer. And before that, in the beginning of Warped, I met the trumpet player and took a picture.

When I saw Chiodos, after that it was so funny. Hawthorne Heights came on right after. So, me and Marissa screamed "you suck" and "get off the stage!". All the emo kids that gave me dirty looks. Hilarious. :]

Um. Yeah, well. I got Mayday Parade autograph and a Paramore autograph. Tried my first monster. Crowd surfed for the first time. Got about 7 new CDs, only one which I actually bought. Made my first conquistador tribe with Jewish, Black, White and Indian conquistadors. When I remember more stuff about Warped, I will write more.

My toes are shribly and hurt really really bad from soaking in a wet sock all day and I can barely walk.

EXTRA: This is the future right now, it is
September 9, 2007 and I wanted to say, the same thing happened at Projekt Revolution which was August 10, 2007. Exept I was wearing high tops, so it hurt even more.

Band Reviews:

Alesana: We were just walking around. I remember, when they were playing we all stuck out heads in the Gatorade cooler. It was me and Marissa. It was fun, and felt good. It was so hot that day. When we dipped out heads in, the lady in the Gatorade stand would back up so she wouldn’t get wet. That made me laugh. And during this Marissa’s friend that had a whole bunch of stickers covering his shirt was amusing me, because I was reading all of the things on his shirt,

Paramore: Amazing. That’s just it, They were amazing.
